A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Crimes related to the psychotropic drug camblopon (tentatively referred to as “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “coponon”);
A. On March 1, 2013, around 19:30, the Defendant received philophones from D free of charge at approximately 0.05 g of philophones, which were parked on the street near the Dongbcheon Terminal in the Dongbcheon-si, dong-si.
B. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered philophones by dilution the instant received philophones with water in front of the Defendant’s residence, which were parked in the front of the Defendant’s residence, on the same day.
C. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the same place on April 21, 201, and (b) from D.
It received approximately 0.05 g of philophones without compensation in the same manner as the paragraph, and administered them immediately.
2. Crimes related to marijuana;
A. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, around 18:00, at the center next to the residents’ office located in the Gu Council F, G 350,000 won as the purchase price for marijuana; and (b) G transferred the price to H.
On January 1, 2013, around 17:00, the Defendant traded marijuana by receiving the marith ma from the J-based branch of J-based branch of J-I, which was sent by the said H (a 13 cm x 13 cm x 13 cm mcm x 13 mcm in length).
B. At around 21:00 of the same day on which the Defendant purchased marijuana as above, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of the hemp purchased as above in tobacco in the parking lot near the residence of the above Defendant.
C. The Defendant: (a) on February 2, 2013, around 22:00, around February 22, 2013, around 22:0, around February 2013; (b) on March 3, 2013, around 22:0, around March 22, 2013; and (c) on April 22, 200, respectively.
In the same place as the paragraph, marijuana was smoked respectively in the same manner.
