A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

The defendants are 40 hours each time.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B

가. 아동ㆍ청소년의성보호에관한법률위반(알선영업행위등) 피고인들은 함께 대구 수성구 E건물 103호에서, 피고인 A은 스마트폰 어플인 ‘즐톡’을 이용해 가출청소년 및 성을 매수할 불특정 남성들을 모집하고, 피고인 B은 승용차를 운전해 가출청소년들을 위 남성들에게 데려다 주는 방법으로 성매매를 알선하기로 공모하였다.

On July 2014, the Defendants received 100,000 won per time and divided 80,000 won among them to F (n, 15 years of age), G (n, 16 years of age), which is a juvenile in the middle of 2014, and had F and G engage in sexual traffic.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange the act of buying sex of juveniles.

나. 성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등) 피고인들은 2014. 8. 3.경 위 E건물 103호에서, 피고인들이 스마트폰 어플 ‘즐톡’을 이용해 모집한 불상의 남성들과 H(여, 18세)이 성관계를 하면 1회당 15만 원을 받아 그 중 11만 원을 H에게 나누어 주는 방법으로 성매매를 알선하기로 공모하였다.

On August 4, 2014, at around 14:30, the Defendants: (a) demanded H to engage in sexual traffic once after receiving KRW 1.50,000 from an indeterminate male male; (b) around 13:30 on August 6, 2014, at the mutual influence in the Hong-gu Suwon-dong, the Defendants received KRW 150,00 from the influent male, and had H to engage in sexual traffic once after receiving KRW 150,00 from the influent male.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic.

2. A person who intends to engage in Defendant A credit business shall register with the head of the Si, etc. having jurisdiction over the pertinent place of business, and an unregistered credit service provider may not receive interest exceeding 25% per annum as provided in the Interest Limitation Act.

Nevertheless, the defendant does not register with the competent authorities.
