Defendant

On July 25, 2017, A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court of Subu District on July 25, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the medical prison on January 26, 2018.

1. On January 26, 2018, Defendant A and Defendant C’s joint criminal conduct proposed that Defendant C receive loans from Defendant C in the name of Defendant C for the purpose of preparing business funds and living expenses, etc. in the absence of any particular property or income. Defendant C consented thereto. However, Defendant C was aware of the goods of “H” conducted by the victim G, a financial institution, through the “F”, which was known through the “F,” which was a social network, while Defendant C was experiencing difficulties due to the lack of military negligence. The Defendants attempted to obtain loans in accordance with the direction of the victim’s name, who was the financial institution.

Accordingly, Defendant A instructed Defendant C to obtain the business registration certificate necessary for the application for a loan on February 7, 2018.
