A. The Defendant is an educational foundation that operates Jeju International University, and the Plaintiffs are professors or teaching staff of Jeju International University.

B. From around 2012, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiffs wages properly, and the period and amount for which the Plaintiffs did not pay the wages properly are as follows.

The purport of the lawsuit is that: (a) the unpaid amount due from March 3, 2014 to September 30, 2015; (b) KRW 34,982,420 from June 2, 2014 to September 34, 2015; (c) KRW 34,982,420 from September 34, 2015; (d) KRW 4D 4D 49,119,090 from June 39, 2014 to September 39, 2015; and (e) KRW 5 E E 5, 2013 to September 99, 205,070 from September 201 to September 20, 2015; and (e) the purport of the lawsuit is without dispute as a whole.

2. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff A the unpaid wage of KRW 30,143,990, KRW 34,982,420, KRW 39,090, KRW 39,119,090, KRW 99,053,070 to Plaintiff D, KRW 41,880,820 to Plaintiff E, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Civil Act from September 25, 2015, which is the date of delivery of the application for modification of the purport of the claim of this case, until December 2, 2015, which is the date of delivery of the application for modification of the purport of this case, to the date of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiffs' claim of this case is reasonable.
