In full view of various circumstances, such as the Defendant’s confession, character and conduct, motive, means and consequence of the instant crime, etc., the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable, even though the Defendant was led to a confession, reflects the health of the Defendant, and the Defendant committed the instant crime during the period of the same repeated crime, and the victim wants to punish the Defendant, and the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, motive, means and consequence of the instant crime, and the circumstances after the crime.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
