A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
80,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On April 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by the Incheon District Court on April 19, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the interest prison on April 18, 2014.
"2016 Highest 595" Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. At around 00:30 on April 7, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold psychotropic drugs: (a) approximately 0.4g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs, contained in E in the one-time injection machine, on the roads near the D shooting distance located in Yacheon-gu, Busan; (b) 200,000 won, for consideration, from E.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.
2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;
A. On February 27, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into the Defendant’s arms from the second floor toilet of the building located in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu.
B. On February 28, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into the Defendant’s arms with a single-use injection period, after dilution of approximately 0.05g of philopon in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
C. On February 28, 2016, around 23:10 on February 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.05g of philophones in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) injected them into the Defendant’s arms with a single-use injection machine.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs three times.
"2016 Highest 2611" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On January 1, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) parked on the front road of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu; (b) laid down approximately 0.15g of psychotropic drugs (i.e., a one-time clopon; hereinafter “copon”); and (c) 100,000 won for the consideration thereof, which were stopped on the front road of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
2. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) 21:00 in the middle of April 2015, placed in SM5 car stopping at the place specified in paragraph (1) in the disposable injection machine.
