Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a B TXG car.
On June 6, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 09:00, and stopped in accordance with the new subparagraph and returned to the left at the view of the reduction distance by starting the vehicle again after driving it in accordance with the new subparagraph, among the two-lane roads in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the front and rear left, and by accurately manipulating the steering and brakes of the motor vehicle.
