1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 89,030,828 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading), which provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant,” and “the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition.”
