A. 2. Determination

A. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure based on the termination of title trust with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff, and pay the plaintiff unpaid fees, etc. and damages for delay thereof, unless there are special circumstances.
