Punishment of the crime
From November 20, 2012 to February 7, 2013, the Defendant driven a motorcycle driver's license on January 26, 2013 and around 13:45 on January 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a 49cc motor vehicle without a number plate from the Do in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, 16-16-449, to the 3rd road of about 20da-ro 1,500 meters from the Do in the same Gu.
