1. All of the appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) regarding the principal lawsuit and the counterclaim by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

Reasons

1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation as to the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
