The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On December 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) attempted to park a vehicle on the front side of the road operated by the victim C victim D at Seocheon-si on December 15:20, 2017; and (b) demanded this victim to move the vehicle.
