1. As to KRW 170,787,430 among the Plaintiff and KRW 170,000 among them, the Defendant shall start from March 31, 2018 to July 21, 2018.

Reasons

1. A claim filed by the Plaintiff, on February 3, 2015, for the refund of lease deposit and beneficial expenses (75,000 won for boiler repair costs, 712,430 won for long-term repair appropriations) upon expiration of the lease agreement term concluded between the Defendant and the Defendant on February 3, 2015.
