Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall discharge livestock excreta without flowing it into a treatment facility or install a facility through which livestock excreta can be discharged without flowing it into a treatment facility.
Nevertheless, from June 20, 201 to August 11, 2016, the Defendant operated a swine breeding facility, which is a livestock excreta discharging facility, and discharged excreta without flowing it into a storage facility, which is a disposal facility, through the outlet and piping installed on the floor.
