1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,36,986 as well as KRW 100,000 among them, from July 7, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act

3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 150,36,986 won and 100,000,000 won among them with 150,336,986 won with 19% interest per annum from July 7, 2017 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
