A. The parties concerned are those who received surgery and treatment at the E Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Plaintiff B is the wife of Plaintiff A; Plaintiff C is the children of Plaintiff A.

B. On October 18, 2010, Plaintiff A initially admitted to the Defendant Hospital and appealed for pains from the right shoulder to the right shoulder, and from the right shoulder to the upper straw, etc. 2) The Defendant Hospital’s medical personnel recommended the Plaintiff A, who was inside the Defendant Hospital on October 28, 2010, to undergo an operation, on the grounds that there was an AM (MRI) and other test results, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, and 6-7, and vertebrates.

5) From November 5, 2010 to November 22, 2010, Plaintiff A hospitalized the Defendant Hospital on November 8, 2010 due to the right shoulder re-exploited to the right shoulder, the scopic pain from the right upper part to the front part, etc. However, as a result of the examination such as Malopia, Plaintiff A was discharged from the Defendant Hospital on November 10, 2010 after receiving physical therapy and pharmacologic treatment due to the lack of special opinion on the operation part. Plaintiff A applied to the Defendant Hospital on November 22, 2010, and appealed to the right upper part at the time.
