Reasons

1. On December 22, 2009, the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009Da359157 Decided December 22, 2009, became final and conclusive, but the Defendant was not able to receive debt from the said judgment for ten years since the date when the judgment became final and conclusive, and thus, filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
