The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the court below is just to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which dismissed the plaintiff's claim for reasons as stated in its holding, and there is no violation of law of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
