The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
The Defendant’s violation of the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Standards Act that did not pay the total amount of KRW 29,194,580 to B, C, and D within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the payment period, and the charges of violation of the Labor Standards Act and the Act on the Guarantee of Workers’ Retirement Benefits are crimes that cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 109(2) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 44(1) of the Workers’ Retirement Benefits Guarantee Act
As the victims have withdrawn their intent to punish the defendant, the prosecution against the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
