On April 13, 2017, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo at approximately 10km from the Do in front of the gas station in the 1576 Samcheon-dong, Pyeongtaek-dong, Pyeongtaek-dong, to the front road of about 10km from the Do in front of the Do in the 1576-ro, Chungcheongnam-do, Asan-si without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle at around 11:00.

Summary of Evidence

1. A protocol concerning the examination of the police officers of the accused;

1. Report on the circumstances of driving without licenses, and application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the ledger of driver's licenses;

1. Subparagraph 1 of Article 152 of the Road Traffic Act and Article 43 of the same Act concerning facts constituting an offense;

All circumstances, including the fact that there are a majority of the previous criminal records (three times due to drinking driving, two times due to driving without license, and two times due to driving without license), among which punishment was imposed in the year 2016, the crime of this case was committed three times in addition to the three times.
