Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment convicting the facts charged of this case and sentenced the Defendant not guilty on the grounds that there was no proof of the facts charged.

In light of the records, the above judgment of the court below is just and acceptable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors in violation of logical and empirical rules and the principle of free evaluation of evidence.
