1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 21,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from September 8, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) October 1, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
(a) The reasons for the claim are as shown in the annex;
B. The legal interest rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment shall be 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
