A Imprisonment of one year and six months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by a fine of 1,500,000 won.

Defendant

B and C shall each be subject to the above fine.

1. On May 14, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court in one year and six months, and on May 15, 2010, the Gwangju District Court sentenced Defendant A to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court in one year and six months, and on April 15, 2016, Defendant A completed the execution of the sentence at the Gangwon District Court of Seoul District on February 26, 2017.

On August 26, 2017, at around 14:05, the Defendant: (a) divided the personal phone installed in the 1st floor entrance of the apartment house in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G apartment 202 Dong 102, 102, and confirmed that there is no way to do so in the house; (b) opened and intrudes into the house without correction; and (c) corrected the string inside the string in preparation for returning home by the victim; (d) laid off the string in the string of the string and keeping the string in the string of the 200,000,000 won at the market price of the victim’s ownership; and (e) opened the 18K string of the 1,855,00 won market price of the 200,000 won market price of the 1,000,000 won per annum and the 1,78555,000,00 won market price.
