The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The charges of violation of the Labor Standards Act that the defendant did not pay 7.5 million won for the victim C, D, and E of a person who works for B, without an agreement on the extension of the payment deadline for each wage of 7.5 million won, is an offense against which a public prosecution may not be instituted against the intent of the victim specified in Article 109(2) of the Labor Standards Act.
