1. The amount remaining after deducting the expenses for the auction from the proceeds sold by auction to the Busan Jin-gu Busan Special Metropolitan City 729 square meters; and

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff and the Defendants jointly share the “shares” in the separate sheet as indicated in the Disposition No. 1; however, there is no agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendants on the method of dividing the forest land as indicated in the Disposition No. 1 until the closing date of the argument in the instant case (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3)).
