In order to conduct appraisal on March 19, 2018, an appraiser N, who belongs to the Korea Land Information Corporation, intended to enter the instant land through a unit after visiting a L unit, but the relevant party was prevented from entering the instant land on the ground that no instruction was given by a superior unit to an area where the passage of civilians was obstructed.
