Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2020, at around 15:13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “A” in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, “C” intended to sell heavy books to D, who is the president of a private teaching institute; (b) was punished on the ground that the Defendant refused to do so; (c) requested the Defendant to leave from the private teaching institute by six persons related to the said D and other private teaching institutes; and (d) the Defendant expressed that “A”, a police officer, who was called upon receipt of 112 reports and called “A” and the victim E, who was a police officer, and the victim F, requested the Defendant to leave from the private teaching institute, six persons related to the said D and other private teaching institutes.
Accordingly, the defendant insultd the victims openly.
2. On February 21, 2020, at around 15:35, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “F, a police officer belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station G District, who was dispatched after receiving the report of 112 from the corridor of the first floor below the building as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), was able to sit down interest of the Defendant and return home, and the Defendant expressed that “F, i.e., f., e., camping chrop, even chrop chrop, even chrop chrop, and even chrop, i.e., e., f., f., f., g., f., f., who was called up with the first floor above the building as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.

1.
