Sexual assault against the defendant for 40 hours.

The defendant is a student attending the high school in Jincheon-gun C in the third grade, and the victim D (18 years old) is a student attending the same half as the defendant.

The defendant predicted that the defendant would not refuse the victim's unfair demand because the victim's physical strength is small and it is difficult for him/her to do so, and that he/she forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On October 5, 2015, around 10:50 on October 5, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by forcing the victim to leave the victim in the above school incineration site and by allowing the victim to keep the Defendant’s sexual organ and assist the Defendant in committing self-defense.

B. On October 5, 2015, around 16:20 on October 5, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by forcing the victim to leave the victim in the above school toilets and by allowing the victim to keep the Defendant’s sexual organ and assist the Defendant in committing self-defense.

On November 16, 2015, around 16:30 on November 16, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by making the victim be in a toilet of the above school, by inducing the victim to have the sexual organ of the defendant and assist the defendant in self-defense.

On November 11, 2015, around 16:30 on November 11, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by making the victim be out of the above school toilets, by allowing the victim to have the sexual organ of the defendant and assist the defendant in self-defense.

2. Around November 17, 2015, the Defendant used violence at the above school on the 11:30th day of November 2015, the Defendant refused the Defendant’s request to the PC room along with the victim, and thereafter, the Defendant heard the horses that the victim was the victim in the PC room from another relative, and assaulted the victim when the victim was boomed by drinking.

3. On November 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar act) is using the victim as a toilet in the above school around 16:30 on November 17, 2015.
