If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

On December 23, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for perjury with the imprisonment of one year for perjury, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 31, 2010. On June 24, 2003, the Defendant purchased D site and its ground buildings, E, F each road, G site, H forest, I land, I forest land, J forest land, K forest and forest land (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) jointly with C, and the Defendant and C own one-half shares for each real estate. The Defendant owned one-half shares for each real estate of this case, among each real estate of this case, D site and its ground buildings, I site, K forest and forest, and E, and the remainder of each road of this case under the name of the Defendant, and C agreed to register each of the above real estate under the name of each of the victims of each of the instant real estate under the agreement to register each of the instant real estate under the name of each of the instant parties.

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted a false complaint to the police officer in charge who is unable to know his/her name for the purpose of having the victim punished by criminal punishment in the civil petition center of the Seongbuk-Nam Police Station on the same day and brought the victim without any consent.
