1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 52,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 19, 2012 to March 22, 2016; and (b) the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The defendant shall indicate the claim from the plaintiff from July 20, 201 to the same year.
8. Until January 19, 200, a total of KRW 52 million was borrowed and agreed to pay up to January 18, 2012. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the loan amounting to KRW 52 million and delay damages.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment made by deemed as private capital);
