The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance concerning this case is that the court's explanation of this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case's rejection of part of witness G of the court of first instance for the same reasons as stated below, since it is not sufficient to acknowledge the plaintiff's assertion as additional evidence submitted by the court of first instance and against the facts recognized by the court of first instance as Gap's evidence Nos. 13 through 14 and the court of first instance for the same reasons
【Partial testimony of witness G at the trial room is difficult to believe that G is the Plaintiff’s mother, whether G was phoneed to F on October 4, 2016 with the Defendant, or the contents of G’s testimony on its telephone call, etc. are inconsistent with F’s testimony at the trial of the first instance.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
