A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, as to Defendant C, this shall not apply.

1. Since December 2, 2015, the Defendants’ joint crime committed a lack of living costs in a single square room located in the Sungdong-dong and Gamdong-dong. Defendant A proposed to Defendant B and Defendant C several times, “I am with the te-computer computer to find employment with the inside PC Refriger,” and employed Defendant B and C on February 2, 2016 in the “GPC room” operated by the victim F in the victim E and the second floor.

On February 5, 2016, at around 06:00, Defendant A continued to separate all the lines connected to the PC monitors and the main body from the PC room. As above, Defendant B and Defendant C accepted the proposal of the above Defendant A and arrived at the front of the said PC building by driving a H Cost Star PC vehicle purchased through the Internet among January 2016, after Defendant C had arrived at the front of the said PC building. From February 5, 2016 to 08:00, Defendant C was going up in the front of the 2nd floor PC, and Defendant C was loaded on the said PC main body, monitor, etc.

As a result, the Defendants, together with two or more persons, stolen with 13 computers equivalent to the total market value of KRW 9,100,000, the total market value of KRW 4,160,000, 13 monitors equivalent to the total market value of KRW 200,000, 4 keyboards and Mas, the total market value of KRW 80,000, 200, 660,000, and 660,000,000.

2. On May 15, 2015, Defendant B posted a letter stating that “The Defendant will sell gallon 4 jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum” by accessing the Internet NAV in the “J PC room” located in North-gu, North-gu, North-si, and the Defendant sent KRW 400,000 to the victim K who visited the Defendant.
