Purport of claim and appeal

The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows, except for the rejection of each description or image of Gap evidence 6 or 9 (including the serial number), which is insufficient to recognize that the defendant occupies and uses the land of this case as a road, and thus, it is identical to the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, as it is, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. If so, the decision of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the plaintiffs are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
