The Plaintiff asserted that, at the request of the Defendant on May 10, 2019, the Defendant lent KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant from May 11, 2019 to May 11, 2019. The Defendant asserted that C borrowed money from the Plaintiff.
According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, it can be acknowledged that the plaintiff remitted the total amount of KRW 50,000,000 to the DF's account under the defendant's name for seven times from May 10, 2019 to May 11, 2019.
However, the plaintiff lent the above money to E, and it is difficult to recognize the fact that the plaintiff lent the above money to the above account under the name of the defendant, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
