1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Reasons

1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 10 and 11, which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff’s assertion as evidence submitted to the court of first instance, and therefore, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
