임대차보증금반환
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 230,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Grounds for claim;
A. On November 13, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant for the lease deposit amounting to KRW 230 million, and from December 25, 2012 to December 24, 2015, the Plaintiff used the instant apartment after fully paying the lease deposit.
B. On January 13, 2016, after the expiration of the above lease term, the Plaintiff delivered the instant apartment to the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the lease deposit amount of KRW 230 million and the damages for delay.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
