However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

The Defendant is a person who served as the head of the management office in the “E station” located in Gyeonggi-si D.

The Defendant: (a) as if the borrower, including G, who is the borrower, made a sales slip for the exclusive credit card sales slip for the cargo vehicle, the Defendant: (b) concluded a sales slip for the exclusive credit card for the cargo vehicle; (c) returned the remainder of the difference equivalent to 10 percent of the value-added tax from the said difference to the borrower in cash or transferred the balance to the account, and (d) conspired to receive the fuel subsidy from the local government through the aforementioned false and exaggerated transaction, in return for the fixed use of the said gas station.

The Defendant: (a) around December 14, 2011, at the above E station, paid the above G to the card company a sum of KRW 83,789, which is an oil subsidy for KRW 442,50,00 and was paid by the credit card exclusively used for the aforementioned G’s fuel subsidy; (b) the Defendant pretended to pay KRW 442,50,00 to the above G by the credit card exclusively used for the aforementioned G’s fuel subsidy; and (c) subsequently, the said G had the credit card company exclusively used for the fuel subsidy claim KRW 83,789, which is an oil subsidy for KRW 442,50,00, which was charged by a staff member of the Hongcheon-gun Office, who was unaware of the said fact, paid it to the card company, acquired property benefits that would be exempted from paying the payment of the above fuel subsidy by means of credit card payment; and (d) conspired with the aforementioned local government’s employees by deceptioning the above amount of KRW 17,197,00,97, etc.
