The defendant of "2014 Highest 2711" was sentenced to one year to be sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Seoul Western District Court on May 27, 2014, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on June 4, 2014 and is currently subject to suspended execution.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On June 29, 2014, around 02:30 on June 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the locking device of the above restaurant entrance was opened in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim C in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) intruded into the restaurant; and (c) invaded into the restaurant; and (d) took one smartphone in the gallon-based galloning market value equivalent to KRW 600,00,000 at the market value, which is owned by the victim on the table.

B. At around 02:35 on the same day, the Defendant purchased online merchandise certificates worth KRW 300,000,000 in total by the same 13 times as shown in attached Table 1, from that time until 04:18 of the same day, by purchasing online merchandise certificates equivalent to KRW 20,000,000, in a park where the name located in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Expansiondong is unknown.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 300,000 in total by inputting information without authority into the information processing device, such as computer, etc.

2. Crimes against victim F;

A. On July 17, 2014, the Defendant stolen a gallon 3 smartphone (1070,000,000 won) with one gallon thallon (10,000,000 won), where the victim F was able to do so in multilateral parks located in 26-ro, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, Maamamro 12-ro,12-o,00,000.

B. The Defendant was using computers, etc. on the same day at around 04:09, to the smartphone owned by the stolen victim as above.
