1. The Defendant was an employee of the victim corporation D’s mobile phone sales store located in Ansan-si C from early 2014 to the lower police officer from August 2016, 2016, engaging in the sales and management of mobile phones.

On June 12, 2014, the Defendant embezzled 174 mobile phones worth KRW 160,189,70 from around 2016 to July 28, 2016, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table (1) from around 160 to July 28, 2016.

2. From early 2014, the Defendant engaged in occupational breach of trust as an employee of a mobile phone sales store in Ansan-si Co., Ltd., Ltd., located in Ansan-si Group C from early 2014 to his/her subordinate police officer, engaging in the sales and management of mobile phones.

On the other hand, E, the representative of the victim company, as an auditor of F, was operating F, along with the representative G of F, a corporation F, and the victim company and F, a corporation, used the same office as its business place. Since the victim company was entrusted with the sale of mobile phones from F, the victim company was an employee of the victim company to manage F, while managing the information of F.

The victim company and F, Inc., shall submit a certain amount of guarantee insurance, and receive fees when acquiring the right to sell the mobile phone owned by ELS within the scope of the above guarantee money, and selling the mobile phone. If the mobile phone intended to sell is not sold for three months, the victim company and F, Inc., shall pay the price equivalent to the above mobile phone to ELS, and when receiving fees from ELS, only receive the amount set off by the amount equivalent to the above payment.

The defendant is a policeman on August 2016.
