2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On April 1, 1968, the Plaintiff entered the Gun and was discharged from military service on March 30, 1971. From November 8, 1969 to November 27, 197, the Vietnam War was recognized as potential for actual aftereffects of defoliants against the Defendant’s “serious disease, mathal disease, etc.” from November 8, 197, and around January 18, 200, the Plaintiff was determined as having been determined as having been in Grade VII as having been in actual aftereffects of defoliants and registered as having been in accordance with the result of a physical examination for re-verification on January 16, 2003.

B. On December 31, 2012, the Plaintiff filed an application for recognition of additional measures with the Defendant, stating that “The Plaintiff returned to the Republic of Korea on November 20, 2012, after having performed a special duty, and fell under the bottom of the mountain, and was diagnosed as “the instant additional measures for lack of recognition of additional measures (hereinafter referred to as “instant 1”) on the ground that it is difficult to regard the Plaintiff’s respective wounds as the special duty performance or military education and training for the Plaintiff on November 20, 2013, on the ground that it is difficult to view them as the injury incurred during the course of performing a military duty or performing military education and training.”

C. On May 15, 2014, June 11, 2014, and July 2, 2014, the Plaintiff, while proceeding in the instant lawsuit, was pending on the Defendant on July 2, 2014. “The Plaintiff received from the Defendant the escape certificate of a conical signboard (presidential 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 11-12, 1-2), cerebral cerebral cerebriform (cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebriform, cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebrum, Oral cerebral Spion, Oral Zath), kis ( Blood Spion in the Congo), 1st, hydrone, hydropathal leuk, chronic diverophosis, chronic dyke, right-hand humphal humphy,” asserting that the instant accident was subject to examination by the Defendant.
