On April 6, 2014, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven B Poter vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.071% from the 2km section to the road front of the 7th new Haban apartment, the same day, at the restaurant parking lot that does not know the name in the 18:00-dong of the Sungsung-si, the Defendant driven a bpoter vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.071%.
