1. The defendant shall pay 300,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 26, 2019 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
2. Grounds: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the decision on the instant payment order to the day of full payment, shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
