1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,616,550 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 14, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff is a corporate entrepreneur who engages in the manufacturing and wholesale and retail business of paint, and the Defendant is an individual entrepreneur who runs the floor-to-land interior and construction business under the trade name of “C.” The Plaintiff supplied paint, etc. to the Defendant from January 2015 to April 2017, but the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 40,616,550 out of the price of the goods, thereby seeking payment of the said money and damages for delay.
