When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On February 15, 2010, the Defendant, without a driver’s license on February 12:5, 2010, driven a Category B car at approximately 5 km from the front day of the Western Elementary School located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, to the front day of entrance.
