1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall be KRW 35 million and 15% per annum from June 10, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 4, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 84.61 to Defendant B several times from June 18, 2013, and the Plaintiff did not repay KRW 35 million, and the Plaintiff lent KRW 29.5 million to Defendant C from July 2013, and the Plaintiff did not repay KRW 15 million.
Therefore, Defendant B is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount equivalent to KRW 35 million and the amount equivalent to 15% per annum from June 10, 2018 to the date following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint. Defendant C is obligated to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 15 million per annum from February 22, 2018 to the date of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint.
The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
