The defendant is a person who resides in the 103-dong 903 apartment house in Gwangju City, and E is a person who resides in the above apartment house 103-dong 803-dong.

The defendant was in a situation where there was no good appraisal due to noise problems between E and the ordinary level of view.

On April 26, 2017, around 18:30 on April 26, 2017, the Defendant was going to board the said apartment unit 103 elevator with E and his/her father. In this case, while the Defendant was communicating with the noise between the floors, he/she went off from the 8th floor of E, and then came up to the 9th floor according to the Defendant.
