1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 253,089,923 and KRW 100,000 among them, from April 18, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff and the debtor). 2. Judgment without pleading: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 253,089,923 won and 100,000,000 won among them, with 19% interest per annum from April 18, 2017 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
