The Defendant was elected from the second election of the head of the Dong-si Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as “B”) to the head of the association of B (hereinafter referred to as “B”).

1. No one shall provide any money, goods, etc. to any elector for the purpose of conducting an election campaign;

On February 6, 2019, at around 14:05, the Defendant called “C, a member of the Association, made a call to “A” and promised C to talk with it once a single face, which is the same as that of any other person who is equal to only one,” and then, the Defendant found C in the orchard located in the Nam-si Village D, “A young young and drinking” means “A young young and drinking,” and included a bag containing KRW 300,000 in cash in the Australia’s Australian machine.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money or goods to the elector for election campaign.
