1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 97,349,726 as well as KRW 50,00,000 among them, from June 23, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
