On November 28, 2013, at the time of the establishment of the defendant, the plaintiff was appointed as the defendant's internal director, and the registration of the appointment of the inside director was completed on the same day.

On July 15, 2014, the Plaintiff expressed the Defendant’s representative director C’s intention to resign from office, and C promised the Plaintiff to implement the registration procedure for cancellation of office director appointment registration.

However, the defendant has not complied with it until now.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation of registration of appointment of inside director based on the plaintiff's resignation as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article.
